Instructions for unassisted Remote Identity Verification for Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Germany, France, Hungary, Luxembourg, Portugal, Poland, Romania, Spain and Norway

Log in to your account and click "Continue" in the "Remote Identity Verification" field.

On the next screen, click “Start Verification”.

You will be prompted to continue on your mobile device.

Select your ID document type and enable the camera (“Enable camera”).

Take a clear photo of the front of your document.

Confirm the photo quality.

If necessary, take a photo of the document's back.

Record a selfie video.

Accept the Terms and Conditions, sign digitally, and enter the One-Time Password (OTP).

The verification process will be complete.
