Instructions for Remote Identity Verification for Greece.

This is the process of identity verification, during which you are required to have your identification document, which you will need to present. For your identification document to be accepted, it must necessarily be one of the following:

• Identity Card that includes your name in Latin characters

• Valid EU Passport

• Valid Residence Permit

  At this point, you will initially be asked to start the process (Start Verification) and then follow some steps:

1. You will be instructed to continue on a mobile device

   

   

2. When redirected to a mobile device, you will be asked to select the type of identification document

   

3. You will be asked for camera access:

   

4. You will need to take a photo of the front side of the document

   

5. You will need to confirm the quality of the photo

   

6. You will take a photo of the back side of the identification document (Optional step, depending on the selected document)

   

7. Once the process is completed, you will need to take a photo of your face (selfie)

   

   

8. After completing the selfie process, the signing process begins. You accept the Terms and Conditions and enter the OTP you received

💡If you have an old type of identity card or passport, the OTP step will not be performed.
