Once you finalize the setup of your account, you will be asked (optional) to log in to Autenticação Gov as part of the verification process.

If you select to continue with Autenticação Gov, you will be redirected to its website. On the Autenticação Gov page (here), follow the steps below:

1. Follow the steps in the Autenticação.gov application to complete the procedure.

2. You will need to authorize Autenticação.gov to provide your data to Viva.com.

3. Enter your mobile phone number and fill in the OTP that you received.

4. Once finished you will be redirected to the Viva.com account where you will give your consent to Viva.com receiving some of your personal info from Autenticação.gov.
