Can I accept transactions signed by the cardholder on the receipt?

The cardholder's signature may be required on the receipt to complete a transaction. This depends on the type of customer's card.

This feature is supported by all our card terminals, apart from the following, which do not have a printer for receipts.

• Α50 (Mobile Card Terminal)

• Α77 (Mobile Card Terminal Plus)

• Mini Card Reader

• Pocket Card Terminal

These terminals normally accept cards that require a signature, and to complete the transaction, you will need to print it from your Viva.com account for it to be signed by the customer.

To confirm that you support such cards:

1. Log in to your Viva.com account.

2. Select from the menu Settings, Profile, and at the Card acceptance point, it will show you whether you support such transactions.
