Updating D200/ S800/ S900

Updates are sent automatically when the D200 / S800 / S900 terminal is connected to the internet (Wi-Fi or Ethernet).

• If the update has not been received, perform a restart (reboot).

How to reboot a Prolin terminal:

• From the menu:
  Menu → System → Restart (or on some models: Menu → Utilities → Reboot)

 

• Ensure an active internet connection for the successful installation of updates.

If you need to check which app version your S800 / S900 / D200 terminal is running, follow the steps below:

• Press the X key to access the Menu.

• Use the down arrow key (or the F2 key for D200) to locate the Application Details option.

• In this section, the current app version installed on your terminal is displayed.
