I’m trying to complete the creation of my account, but an error appears

If you see an error while creating your Viva.com account, first check where the error occurs.

#If the error appears when entering your password

Make sure your password meets all the required criteria:

1. Has at least 6 characters

2. Contains letters — use Latin characters (a–z, A–Z).

3. Contains numbers — include numbers (0–9).

4. Contains symbols — include at least one of these symbols: !, @, #, $, %, ^, *

#If you still can't create your account

An error may occur if information you entered has already been used for a previous Viva.com registration.

Check whether you may have previously created an account using the same:

• Tax Identification Number,

• mobile number, or

• email address

If any of these details were used for a previous registration, the system may not allow you to create another account.
