I no longer have access to my registered phone number. How can I update it?

If you no longer have access to your registered mobile phone number and cannot sign in to your Viva.com profile, please send your request by email from your registered email address to support@viva.com.

#What to include in your email

Please include:

• Your current (registered) mobile phone number.

• The new mobile phone number you would like to register.

• The reason for the change.

Once we receive your request, our team will review it and assist you with updating your registered phone number.

Important: Updating your registered mobile phone number will automatically apply to all Viva.com accounts associated with your personal information.
