What is the Beneficial Ownership Declaration and why should I submit it in Luxembourg?

A Beneficial owners are the natural persons, who directly or indirectly:

hold at least 25% of the company shares and/or
hold at least 25% of the voting rights in the above-mentioned company/partnership and/or
otherwise exercise effective control over the assets of the company/partnership

B Beneficial owners are the Senior Management in case no direct or indirect beneficial ownership is applicable.
