Our pricing is based on the Interchange++ model. Under this model, the cost of a card transaction is calculated based on the final transaction amount. Depending on the circumstances, this amount may include the purchase value, any tips, surcharge fees, or other amounts that the merchant may add to the transaction. The total cost consists of three separate components:

#1. Interchange fee

Interchange fees start at 0.2% for European consumer debit cards.

Interchange fees and scheme fees may vary depending on factors such as:

• The type of card used

• The merchant's country

• The card issuing institution

• The merchant category

• The transaction type (Card Present, Card Not Present, or By Phone)

#2. Scheme fee (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)

Charges, applicable in some countries, are determined by Visa and Mastercard card schemes.

#3. Viva.com acquiring fee

The Viva.com acquiring fee is determined by Viva.com and is based on the total monthly card turnover generated by your business.

#How can I see the commission charged for a transaction?

1. Sign in to your Viva.com account.

2. Open the Reports menu from the left-hand navigation.

3. Select Sales Clearance.

4. Review the transaction details and associated commission amounts.

5. To export the data, select Download to download the Excel file.
