New Reports section

The Reports section is the central hub for accessing all available reports.

Note: The Classic Reports view is still available alongside the new Reports page.

#Available Reports

The Reports page currently includes:

• Acquiring Transactions (includes Failed & Switching transactions)

• Wallet Transactions

• Bank Transfer Commands

• Card Expenses

• Active Terminals

Additional reports will be gradually added to this page.

#Supported Actions

Each report supports the following actions:

#View

Allows the user to access a list of already generated reports for the selected report.

From this view, the user can:

• Generate a new report

• Schedule a report

• Edit an existing schedule (if already configured)

Reports are separated into:

• Manually generated reports

• Scheduled reports

Each category is displayed in separate tabs.

#Generate

Allows the user to create a report on demand.

Steps:

1. Select the report date range

2. Select the timezone

3. Click Generate

4. You can download the Report from your account's Dashboard.

Note:

• Report is generated in seconds.

• Only one report can be generated at a time. Please wait for the current report generation to complete before generating another report.

• Reports are limited to a maximum of 300,000 rows.

• You can export data for up to 1 year in the past.

#Schedule

The Schedule feature is not yet available, but it will be gradually introduced in a future update.

Allows the user to automate report generation.

Steps:

1. Select the report frequency

2. Define the date range

Available scheduling options:

• Daily – runs every business day at 9:00 AM CET

• Weekly – runs every Monday at 9:00 AM CET

• Monthly – runs on the first day of the next month at 9:00 AM CET

If a report is already scheduled:

• The user can cancel it using the Cancel button

The user receives a notification via feed once the report is generated.

#Bookmark

Allows the user to save a report for quick access.

• Bookmarked reports are available in a separate tab

• All saved reports are grouped in one place for easy access
