Installments Report - what type of information is there? (GR only)

The Installment Report helps you track completed transactions made in installments and view the amounts to be credited to your Viva.com account each month. This gives you better visibility into your installment revenue and helps you manage your time and financial planning more effectively.

You can view installment information in two ways:

• Installment Report — to view completed installment transactions and the amounts to be credited each month.

• Transaction Details — to check the number of installments for a specific transaction.

#View the Installment Report

1. From the left-hand menu, go to Reports > Installments.

2. Select the month and year range.

3. Select Search to view the available installment information.

4. Select Download next to the relevant entry to export the installment information in Excel format.

#View installments for a specific transaction

To check the installment information for an individual transaction:

1. Go to Sales > Sales Transactions.

2. Find the transaction you want to check.

3. Select Info.

4. The number of installments is displayed at the bottom of the transaction details.

#When are installment amounts credited?

When you process a transaction in installments, the amount corresponding to each installment, minus the applicable fee, is credited to your Viva.com account each month.

The first installment is deposited into your business account within 30 business days. In cases involving holidays, this period may be extended by 2–3 days.
