How do I activate the IRIS service as a freelancer/sole proprietorship?
IRIS Payments allows freelancers and sole proprietors in Greece to receive instant and secure transfers through Viva.com.
Use this tool to optimize your business's cash flow while enhancing the professionalism and security of your transactions.
You can activate the service either:

through your Viva.com account in a web browser, or

through the Viva.com mobile app.
Activation via Web Browser
To successfully complete a money transfer using the IRIS Payments service, you must first activate it either through a web browser or via the Viva.com mobile app.

Log in to your Viva.com account.

From the homepage, select Transfers.

Select IRIS Payments.

Choose Register for IRIS Payments.

Select the account where you want to receive IRIS Payments transfers.

Verify that your mobile phone number and VAT number (if applicable) are correct.

Select Save.

Confirm your registration.
Your IRIS Payments service is now activated.
Activation via the Viva.com Mobile app

Open the Viva.com mobile app.

At the bottom of the screen, tap Settings.

Select IRIS Payments.

Tap Register for IRIS Payments.

Select the account where you want to receive IRIS Payments transfers.

Verify that your mobile phone number and VAT number (if applicable) are correct.

Tap Save.
Your IRIS Payments service is now activated.
