• Fees Calculation: Interchange++ fees and Schemes Costs are calculated in the selected currency.

• Initial Conversion Rates: Conversion rates initially follow the Mastercard rate.

• Responsibility: Viva.com is not responsible for conversions on the merchant’s site.

Merchants can use Multicurrency for the following currencies:

• EUR

• RON

• PLN

• CZK

• HUF

#✦ Transaction Types & Reporting

• Currency-Specific Transactions: Refunds, voids, and preauthorizations are performed in the selected currency based on the original amount.

• Detailed Reporting: Merchants can access detailed Multicurrency transaction reports in their Viva.com account UI, including sales transaction lists and clearance reports.

1. Product Offering: Merchants list products on their website in different currencies.

2. Customer Choice: During checkout, customers select their preferred currency.

3. Smart Checkout: The payment process begins in the chosen currency.

4. Card Payment: Customers proceed to pay by card in the selected currency.

• Customer Receipts: Customers receive receipts in the selected currency.

• Merchant Receipts: Merchants receive receipts in both the selected currency and the original currency.
