Can I cancel a transaction through my terminal?

#Android Terminals: Α920 Pro, A920, A910, Α80, A50, A77

• Select the three parallel lines to enter the Menu.

• Select "Refund".

• Swipe the customer's card.

• All transactions with this card will appear.

• Select the transaction you want to refund.

#Ciontek Terminals: CS50C, Ciontek CS30PRO, Ciontek CS30PRO with professional scanner

• Press the "Refund" option located at the bottom of the terminal's screen.

• You can either manually enter the card number or swipe the card by selecting "Read Customer Card".

• All transactions with this card will appear.

• Select the transaction you want to refund.

#Prolin Terminals: S900, S800, D200

• Select "Menu" and then Cancel Transaction.

• Select/Swipe the card on your terminal.

• All transactions with this card will appear.

• Select the transaction you want to refund.

#Terminals VX520, VX675 - The process is not supported on these terminals, and you will need to perform the refund/cancellation through your account.

You can always refund/cancel a transaction through your account by selecting Sales → Transactions. Once you find the desired transaction, select Reversal to refund either part or the entire amount. See detailed instructions here.
