The Viva.com Saver is a business deposit account that helps you save funds while earning monthly interest. The account is opened and managed entirely through your Viva.com account.

#What does the Viva.com Saver offer?

With the Viva.com Saver, eligible businesses can:

• Earn interest based on the European Central Bank (ECB) Deposit Facility Rate, reduced by 1%.

• Manage the account fully online through Viva.com.

• View account activity and interest calculations in your Viva.com dashboard.

• Benefit from deposit protection of up to €100,000 under the Hellenic Deposit and Investment Guarantee Fund (TEKE).

The account is available to:

• Legal entities

• Sole proprietors

• Professionals

#Key features

#How is the interest rate calculated?

The interest rate is based on the European Central Bank (ECB) Deposit Facility Rate, reduced by 1%.

If the ECB changes its rate, you will receive a notification in your Viva.com account showing the new interest rate and the date it becomes effective.

Example

If the ECB Deposit Facility Rate is 2.5%, your account interest rate will be 1.5%.

#Tax on interest

Interest earned may be subject to withholding tax depending on your country of tax residence and to the provisions of the double taxation avoidance agreement.

The following withholding tax rates currently apply:

• Austria – 8%

• Belgium – 10%

• Bulgaria – 10%

• Croatia – 10%

• Cyprus – 10%

• Finland – 10%

• France – 5%

• Germany – 10%

• Greece – 15%

• Ireland – 5%

• Italy – 10%

• Luxembourg – 8%

• Malta – 8%

• Netherlands – 10%

• Portugal – 15%

• Spain – 8%

The Viva.com Saver is designed exclusively for saving funds and earning interest.

You can transfer money into the account from:

• Other banks

• Your Viva.com accounts

#What transactions are not supported?

The Viva.com Saver does not support:

• Payments

• Card transactions

• Card issuance

• Outgoing transfers

• Payment service integrations with third-party systems
